Why Therapy & Coaching?

There are many different reasons for seeking coaching and therapy. 

It can be that you are struggling with some emotions and thoughts that feel challenging for you. 

You might need help to get through challenging life circumstances in an empowered way or you find that you want tools to get clarity around and take action on your dreams. 

You feel like something is holding you back.  You don’t believe in yourself or negatively look at yourself. 

There is no shame in seeking support with your challenges.  I will always meet you where you are. It’s crucial for me that you feel safe to express and work through what is important to you.

About Aya Jørgensen

I am originally trained as a classical singer at the Danish National Academy of Music.  After my studies ended I have been participating in different concerts and performances. I also took a deepdive into method acting and took workshops all over the world. From time to time release some of my own music too.  But I have always had this side of me who was so deeply interested in how we work as humans and how we can heal our past and become the most whole and fully expressed version of ourselves.

This is why I certified as a Psychotherapist  and NLP-mastercoach. . 

In my therapy and coaching sessions, I utilise the knowledge I have built up through intensive self-development work.

Some of the methods I have benefitted from in my own process includes:
Meditation, yoga, thought field therapy, shadow work, body SDS, trauma release exercises, and, of course, NLP and psychotherapy.

One of the things that motivate me the most as a coach and therapist is that I know how life-changing the right support and tools can be when presented through a trusting relationship.

One of the most important things for me in my coaching is to create a space where you can feel safe and share exactly what´s on your mind.

I know from my own experience how vulnerable and brave it is to share oneself in coaching and therapy. That is why it is important to me that you feel understood and met exactly as, who you are.
